To the ones coming down from a bright, loud sky, noticing the mind grow quieter and more tender - beginning to feel their way through what they had only been thinking through. To those ready to trade the clever answer for the honest one, the gathered fact for the remembered truth. We send our light to those allowing their thoughts to sink, gently, into the deeper waters of the heart.

May the quiet after the brightness restore me

I let my mind soften without losing its clarity.
I trade the restless thought for the feeling underneath it.
I let myself come down from the height and find the ground.
I listen to what I know in my body, not only what I know in my head.
I let the noise settle so the truth can be heard.
I trust that quiet is not emptiness - it is room for the real thing.

Thought sinks into feeling

After a bright sky, the day asks for something gentler.
The mind has done its gathering; now it is time to let it feel.
Notice if your thinking grows quieter, more inward today - that’s not a loss.
It’s a deepening.
You do not have to have the clever answer.
The honest one will do.
Let yourself come down from the height.
The ground is a good place to be.
What you understand with your heart today will outlast what you only figured out with your head.

Today, the mind comes home to the water

After yesterday's Full Moon, the sky begins to quiet - and Mercury, the planet of thought and speech, leaves restless, gathering Gemini and enters Cancer. The way we think starts to change: less chatter, more feeling; less collecting of facts, more remembering and intuiting. The Moon, meanwhile, comes down out of Sagittarius fire and into grounded Capricorn, bringing the emotional body back toward structure and earth. The Sun stays bright in Gemini, so the mind is not silenced - only softened.

This is a day for letting your thoughts settle into your feelings, and trusting what the heart quietly knows.
