Today we send the light of our love to those facing the part of themselves they were taught to hide
To the ones meeting, today, something they have long kept exiled - an anger, a hunger, a truth that never fit the acceptable story. To those whose thoughts have gone heavy and sober, who cannot quite talk their way past what is asking to be seen. We send our light to those willing to turn and face the disowned thing with honesty, knowing that what we exile only grows louder in the dark.
May what I have hidden be met with honesty, not shame
I turn and face the part of me I was taught to keep quiet.
I let my anger, my hunger, my wildness be acknowledged - they are mine.
I let my thoughts be heavy today without calling that failure.
I meet hard truths soberly, without flinching away.
I welcome home the exiled parts of myself instead of fighting them.
I trust that what I face honestly loses its power to haunt me.
Face what was exiled
Today the light falls on something you have kept in shadow.
That’s not punishment, it’s an invitation.
The parts of you that were told to be quiet are not your enemies.
They are you, asking to come home.
Your thoughts may go heavy and sober today.
Let them.
Not every truth is light, and heavy truths still need hearing.
Don't try to think or talk your way around what is asking to be felt.
The way out is through.
Anger, appetite, wildness - named honestly, they are simply energy and information.
What you face today loses its grip.
What you flee follows you.
Choose to turn around.

The Sun in Gemini comes to an opposition with Lilith - the exiled, untamed part of us, the truth that was told to stay quiet. Oppositions force a face-to-face, so something long disowned asks today to be acknowledged: an anger, a hunger, a wildness that never fit the acceptable story.
