Today we send the light of our love to those returning, gently, to solid ground
To the ones who have moved through charged and confronting days and now feel the earth steady beneath them again - ready to slow down, breathe out, and come back into their bodies. To those learning that after intensity the wise thing is not more intensity, but rest, simplicity, and the quiet repair that solid ground allows. We send our light to those willing to let an ordinary, grounded day do its healing work.
May the ground beneath me hold me while I rest
I let myself slow down after days that asked a great deal of me.
I return to my body and the simple things that steady it.
I trust that rest is repair, not retreat.
I let an ordinary day be enough.
I feel the earth hold me, and I let it.
I gather my strength quietly, knowing the next cycle will come soon enough.
Solid ground
After charged days, the sky offers something plain and kind: steadiness.
Slow down.
Come back into your body - the senses, the breath, the simple physical present.
You do not need to process everything today.
Some days are for repair, not revelation.
Let an ordinary day be enough.
There is quiet medicine in the unremarkable.
The light is low now, the cycle nearly closing.
This is a time to gather, not to push.
Stand on the solid ground and let it hold you.
Rest is how strength is rebuilt.
Today, the earth steadies beneath us

Thank you. Exactly what I need.... but a bit more than a day. I have been in a cycle of intensity for years now and now relearning to let the days be simple. To let the ground hold me.
