Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those learning that love is not the end of truth but the beginning of it
To the ones who have kept their heart at a careful distance from their clarity - afraid that to truly love something would mean losing their sight. Those who are discovering that real depth does not cloud the vision. That the most beautiful things can also be the most honest. That to be moved is not to be fooled. We send our love to those standing in the full fire of feeling today, and finding, to their surprise, that they can see more clearly from inside it than they ever could from outside.
May the heart be both open and awake
I let myself be moved without losing my ground.
I bring my full self to what I love - not just the easy parts.
I allow beauty to be real and true at the same time.
I release the belief that depth means danger.
I let what I feel clarify me rather than cloud me.
I am luminous, and I am honest, and these are the same thing today.
Love as Clarity
We have been taught that feeling too much means seeing too little.
That the heart and the truth are always in competition.
Today offers a different experience.
The depth of what moves you is not pulling you away from reality.
It is leading you deeper into it.
Let yourself be fully in the feeling - the beauty, the longing, the ache.
And notice that inside it, something is very clear.
The heart, when it is honest, does not deceive.
It reveals.
Today, the sky opens both its hands at once
Venus in Leo reaches two extraordinary aspects simultaneously - a trine to Neptune in Aries and an opposition to Pluto in Aquarius.
