Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those in the overwhelm of understanding too much at once
To the ones whose inner world has suddenly become very large. Those in whom something has opened - a memory, a realisation, a feeling so expansive it doesn't fit the available container - and who are standing inside it not quite sure whether to call it insight or inundation. Those discovering that understanding and certainty are not the same thing. That it is possible to feel more clearly than you have ever felt while simultaneously being less able to explain what you know. We send our love to those swimming in something deep and true today, who are learning that the water does not need to be shallow to be safe.
May the vastness be held without needing to be named
I let the understanding arrive larger than my ability to explain it.
I trust what I feel even when I cannot yet find the words.
I hold the expanding inner world with tenderness rather than alarm.
I let old stories become more compassionate as they grow.
I move toward what calls me - not by logic, but by resonance.
I am allowed to be in the feeling before I am in the knowing.
The Ocean Inside
Sometimes the inner world expands faster than the outer world can account for.
When something in the mind and heart suddenly becomes very large.
Not frightening, but vast.
When old memories return wearing new faces.
When a conversation goes somewhere neither person planned.
When you find yourself understanding something you have no language for yet.
This is not confusion.
This is the feeling body doing its deepest work.
Let it be as large as it needs to be.
You do not need to translate it today.
You only need to stay in it - present, breathing, trusting the water.
Today, the inner ocean rises
Mercury and Jupiter are now breathing the same air in Cancer - the conjunction almost exact, the mind and the expansive principle merging in the sign of feeling, memory, and emotional truth. The inner narrative is growing - old stories gaining new compassion, the capacity to understand and articulate what has always been felt but never found its words. Simultaneously the Sun in Cancer moves into easy trine with the North Node in Pisces - the flow toward what is truly meant feels natural today, almost effortless, a current rather than a decision.
And Neptune squares the Sun from Aries, softening the boundary between what is real and what is longed for, thinning the veil between the known and the imagined. The Moon moves through the final degrees of Libra seeking one last grace note of beauty before crossing into Scorpio overnight. Everything today is emotionally enormous, slightly vertiginous, and completely alive.
This is a day for swimming in the vastness without rushing toward the shore.
