Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those standing between the understanding and the action
To the ones who have spent days - or weeks, or years - going deep. Feeling, processing, expanding, reviewing what they know about themselves and what they carry and what they belong to. And who are now sensing, somewhere in the body, that the time of going inward is almost complete. That something is about to move. Those who are in the last quiet hours of the interior season, not yet in motion but feeling the motion loading - the strange, slightly restless, slightly sacred quality of almost. We send our love to those standing in the charged stillness before the next movement begins, who are learning that this moment - the breath before the leap - is not dead time. It is the most alive time there is.
May the stillness before motion be as sacred as the motion itself
I honour the pause before the next movement begins.
I use these final forward hours to say what needs to be said.
I let the depth I have found become the foundation I build from.
I feel the motion loading without rushing it into arrival.
I trust that what is about to change has been prepared for longer than I know.
I stand in the charged stillness and let it be enough.
The Last Still Point
Before the river changes direction, there is a moment of stillness.
Not emptiness, but stillness.
The water is still moving, but something in its nature is about to turn.
You can feel it as a particular kind of aliveness.
The body slightly more alert than usual.
The senses slightly more open.
As if something in you already knows what the mind has not yet been told.
This is the last still point before things start moving differently.
Use it - not frantically, but presently.
Say the thing.
Send the message.
Articulate what you have understood.
Because the review is coming.
And reviews are easier when the record is complete.
Today, the river holds its breath before turning
Mercury has just separated from its great conjunction with Jupiter in Cancer - the enormous emotional understanding now beginning to turn inward as Mercury decelerates toward its retrograde station in three days. These are the last hours of Mercury moving forward in Cancer: the final window to articulate, communicate, send.
The Moon spends the day in late Scorpio’s deep truth-seeking before crossing into Sagittarius this evening, the mood lifting from depth into perspective, from intensity into meaning. The Sun moves cleanly through early Cancer, past yesterday’s Neptune fog, clearer now, warmer. Everything is between something that just completed and something about to begin.
This is a day for honouring the charged stillness - and using it wisely before the current turns.
