Today we send the light of our love to those growing tender on the edge of release

To the ones who feel everything more today - the unspoken weather of a room, the ache of a thing not yet finished, the quiet pull of something almost ready to be let go. To those standing on the soft threshold just before a release, where the heart goes porous and the world feels close and far at once. We send our light to those willing to be gentle with themselves in the hours before they open their hands.

May my tenderness carry me kindly toward what I must release

I let myself feel fully what is asking to be felt.
I am gentle with my open heart on the eve of letting go.
I notice what I am absorbing, and hold only what is mine.
I let the ache be honest without letting it overwhelm me.
I move slowly through a soft and porous day.
I trust that what I release tomorrow, I can grieve gently today.

Soft on the threshold

A release is near, and today is its tender eve.
The day has gone porous - you may feel more than usual, and feel it more deeply.
That is the sky, not a flaw in you.
Be careful what you take in.
Not every feeling drifting through the day belongs to you.
If there is an ache, let it be honest.
Some things must be felt before they can be set down.
This is not a day for force or for big decisions.
It is a day for softness.
Stand gently on the threshold.
Tomorrow you open your hands.
Tonight you simply feel.

Today, the world softens before the letting go

The Moon moves into Pisces - the most sensitive and dreamlike sign of all - just ahead of tomorrow's Last Quarter Moon, which perfects in these same waters. This places us on the tender eve of a release: the lunar cycle is winding down, and the emotional body has entered its softest, most porous sign to do that closing work. Boundaries thin, feelings travel easily, and the busy practical world drifts a little out of focus. With the Sun in Gemini and Mercury in Cancer both quiet, nothing competes with this gentle mood.
