May 25, 2026: To the ones finding the courage to say what has long been left unsaid
Today we send the light of our love to those who began the day in soft dreaming and end it facing something sharper

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those finding the courage to say what has long been left unsaid
To the ones who began the day in soft dreaming and end it facing something sharper. Those whose voices are stirring with truths that have been exiled, swallowed, or carefully managed for too long. We send our light to those willing to let the wild, honest part of themselves speak today, who understand that what is silenced does not disappear - it waits, and it gathers, and eventually it asks for its name.
May my voice carry what has been silenced too long
I speak the truth that has been waiting in me.
I honour the part of me that refuses to be polite about this anymore.
I let the wild knowing have its say.
I trust the discomfort of being heard.
I do not flinch from what I now have words for.
I let the exiled parts of me come home.
The unsaid asks for its name
The morning is gentle, the afternoon is not.
Something in us - or between us - is asking to be spoken plainly today.
The voice we have been managing wants to stretch.
The truth we have been softening wants its full shape.
This is not a day for performing harmony.
It is a day for real conversations.
Let what wants to be said, be said.
The silence has done its work.
Today, the dreaming meets the reckoning
The Sun sextiles Neptune in the small hours - a soft, intuitive opening - but by late afternoon, Mercury in Gemini opposes Lilith and the Sun squares the North Node. The voice meets the wild, exiled feminine, and our forward direction asks us to confront what we have been avoiding saying. The Moon enters Libra mid-afternoon, adding the relational charge: this is happening between us, not only within us.
This is a day for telling the truth out loud, and trusting that what wakes up in the saying was always meant to come home.
If you would like to listen to this Daily Lighthouse as an audio meditation, you can head over to Hudson’s Resonance Room where he set these words to music in a powerful sonic activation.
