Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those ready to let go of being right
To the ones who’ve been holding a position for so long they’ve forgotten what it was protecting. To those who can feel their pride softening today, and aren’t sure yet whether it’s surrender or relief. We send our light to everyone setting down a performance today, the brave face, the winning argument, the version of themselves built to be admired, and to those finding that what’s underneath is warmer than the act ever was. The heart has nothing to prove. It only wants to be let out.
May the pride in me soften into warmth
I set down the need to be right, and I find I’m still standing.
I let my heart be seen without the costume.
I keep what’s true and release what was only for show.
I let the future have a say in what I hold onto.
I’m loved for who I am, so I can stop performing.
Lower the crown
Something in you has been standing guard over a reputation.
Let it rest.
The release today asks for one small surrender.
The last word.
The grudge.
The act.
Put it down where you can see it.
What’s left is the part of you that never needed applause.
That part has always been enough.
Today, the heart takes off its crown
The Last Quarter Moon arrives in Leo today, the sign of the heart and of the crown, asking us to release what last week’s Full Moon in Taurus lit up, especially anything we’ve been clinging to for the sake of looking good. Along the way the Moon flows with Neptune and Saturn in Aries and faces Pluto in Aquarius, so the dream, the stone and the crowd all get a say. And Venus, retrograde in Libra, reaches out to the North Node, the sky’s marker for where we’re all heading, so the relationships worth keeping are the ones that can walk into the future with us. It’s All Saints’ Day too, a fitting day for letting an old self rest.
This is a day for setting down the crown, and letting the heart be seen as it is.
