Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those whose feelings are bigger than the room
To the ones who woke up full of fire, hungry to say something, start something, be seen doing something that matters. To those who’ve been small for a long while and can feel themselves taking up space again, a little clumsily. We send our light to everyone whose feelings are running larger than life today, the joy and the frustration both, and to the people around them, catching the heat. A big feeling is a gift. It only needs a moment to land before it reaches anyone else.
May the fire in me warm before it roars
I let my feelings be big, and I let them breathe before I act.
I take up the space that’s mine to take.
I give my boldness a kind direction.
I listen twice before I say the thing I’d have to take back.
I let my courage be generous.
Big, and kind
There’s a lot of heat in the air today.
Enjoy it.
Let the boldness carry you toward something you care about.
Words come out sideways on a day like this.
So give them a moment before they leave.
The grand gesture can wait until the feeling settles into a shape.
Let the warmth go first, and the rest will follow.
Today, the fire gathers in one place
The Moon spends the day in Leo, the sign of the heart, and meets Mars, the planet of drive and courage, and then Jupiter, the planet of expansion, both settled in Leo for the season. That’s a lot of fire in one place: boldness, pride, generosity and appetite, all turned up. Early on the Moon squares Mercury, still retrograde in Scorpio, so the mouth runs ahead of the meaning and old conversations flare. Nothing’s exact among the planets, so this is the Moon’s day, and it’s a big-hearted one. It’s also the Day of the Dead, when families in Mexico welcome their ancestors home.
This is a day for letting the heart get big, and giving the fire a moment before it speaks.
