Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those learning where they end and others begin
To the ones who’ve said yes for so long that no feels like a word from a foreign language. To those standing up today for the one in the relationship who usually gets overlooked, sometimes themselves. We send our light to everyone meeting a limit with someone they love, the line that needs drawing, the promise that can’t be kept, the weight that was never theirs to carry. A boundary drawn with care is a way of staying close. It tells the truth about what we can hold.
May the line I draw be drawn with love
I say no where no is true.
I keep my promises small enough to keep.
I speak up for the one who gets forgotten, myself included.
I set down the weight that was never mine.
I stay close, even as I draw the line.
A kind no
Somewhere today, a limit needs saying out loud.
It might feel hard to say.
A clear line is one of the kindest things we can offer.
Say it plainly, and say it warmly.
Then let the other person have their feelings about it.
A relationship that can hold a boundary is built to last.
Today, the scales meet the stone
The Moon spends the day in Libra, the sign of the other person, and stands opposite Saturn in Aries, the planet of limits, structure and the honest tally. That makes it a day for drawing lines in our relationships, and for feeling the weight of the commitments we’ve made. Early on the Moon squares Lilith in Capricorn, the exiled one who keeps count, so whoever’s been left out of the arrangement, in a family, a workplace or a nation, asks to be counted. Nothing’s exact among the planets, so it’s a quiet day, and a serious one.
This is a day for drawing the line with love, and making room for the one who was left out.
