Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those whose tenderness is close to the surface
To the ones who could cry at a kind word today, and might. To those spending the weekend with someone they love and finding an old ache sitting quietly between them, the one about being wanted, or being enough. We send our light to everyone whose heart is near the surface this Saturday, warm and easily bruised, and to those brave enough to stay soft anyway. By nightfall the mood goes deep and quiet, the way it does before something new begins. Let the tenderness lead the way there.
May the soft place in me be met with warmth
I let the kind word reach me.
I meet the old ache with patience.
I tell the people I love what they mean to me.
I let my warmth be generous and my words be gentle.
I let the day grow quiet as the evening comes.
Stay soft
Love’s close to the surface today, and so is the old hurt.
They tend to travel together.
Say the warm thing while it’s warm.
If the ache shows up, sit with it a while.
It’s been waiting a long time for someone to notice it kindly.
Tonight, let things go quiet.
Today, love sits beside the old wound
The Moon in Libra meets Venus, still retrograde there, so love, warmth and the question of what we’re worth to each other sit right at the surface. The Moon flows easily with Mars and Jupiter in Leo and with the North Node, which brings generosity and a bit of courage to our closest bonds. It also stands opposite Chiron in Aries, the wounded healer, so the oldest hurts in our relationships get touched along the way. Late in the day the Moon slips into Scorpio, and we’re in the dark couple of days before Monday’s New Moon, when the mood turns inward.
This is a day for staying soft with the people you love, and letting the evening carry you inward.
