Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those willing to sit in the dark a while
To the ones who feel the pull inward today, away from the noise, down toward something they’ve been circling for weeks. To those carrying a secret that’s grown heavy, wondering who could hold it with them. We send our light to everyone sitting in the hush before a new beginning, and to those remembering today, the ones who gave their lives and the ones who came home changed. The dark is where every seed starts. Nothing here needs fixing yet.
May the dark be a place I can rest
I let myself go quiet and inward.
I tell the truth to myself first.
I let the hidden thing come close enough to be seen.
I honour the ones who gave more than anyone should have to.
I trust that something is getting ready to begin.
Into the hush
Today asks for less.
Less noise, less doing, less explaining.
Something deep is moving, and it’s easier to hear in the quiet.
If a buried thought comes up, let it sit with you.
You don’t have to say it to anyone yet.
The dark is where the seed gets ready.
Today, the sky goes down to the roots
The Moon moves through Scorpio, the sign of the deep, in the last dark day before Monday’s New Moon. It squares Pluto in Aquarius, so power, control and what lies underneath the crowd’s mood all stir, and it touches Lilith in Capricorn, the exiled one, with an easy hand. Late in the day it meets Mercury, still retrograde in Scorpio and nearly at a standstill, so old words and buried thoughts float up to be looked at again. It’s Remembrance Sunday in Britain as well, a day of silence for the war dead.
This is a day for resting in the dark, and letting what’s buried come close enough to see.

See you tomorrow morning!
