Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those finding words for what was kept quiet
To the ones whose thoughts are racing today, a dozen threads and none of them finished, and underneath all the chatter one thing that keeps rising to the surface, asking to be spoken. To those who’ve spent years being tactful about it, reaching for the polished word when the true one was right there. We send our light to the ones who can feel the sentence forming, the one that was never allowed at the table, and who are beginning to suspect it’s the truest thing they have to say.
May the true word find its way to the surface
I let my thoughts run, and I notice the one that keeps coming back.
I trust that what rises has a reason for rising.
I choose the true word over the polished one.
I speak from beneath the surface, where the meaning lives.
I make room for the part of me that was never invited to speak.
Beneath the chatter
The mind is loud today, and that’s alright.
Let it talk.
Underneath the noise there’s something quieter.
It’s been waiting a long time for its turn.
Listen for it.
When it finds its words, keep them plain.
The truth only needs saying, so say it softly, and say it soon.
Today, the sky sends the words under
Mercury has just moved into Scorpio, and for the next few weeks the conversation goes deeper - fewer pleasantries, more of what’s actually going on underneath. Today it reaches out to Lilith in Capricorn, the one who got left off the guest list, so something that’s been kept quiet finds its language, in the news and closer to home. The Moon’s in Gemini, so the mind’s busy and curious and there’s plenty to say. Tomorrow the words get sharper, which makes today the day to say the true thing while it can still be said gently.
This is a day for letting the honest word up out of the deep, and speaking it softly.
