Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those learning to sit still in deep water
To the ones in over their heads today, who’ve stopped fighting the water and are discovering it holds them. To those keeping something close to the chest that isn’t ready for the light, and feeling the pressure to explain themselves anyway. We send our light to everyone in the deep end today, where the feelings are bigger than words and the only wise move is stillness. There’s nothing to prove down here. There’s only what’s true, and it’s patient.
May the deep water hold me
I stop thrashing and let the water take my weight.
I keep what’s private, private, without shame.
I feel the whole of it without needing to explain it.
I trust that stillness is a kind of strength.
I let the depth do its slow work.
Stillness in the deep
The water’s deep today, and it’s meant to be.
Stop kicking.
You don’t have to understand what you’re feeling to let yourself feel it.
Keep your counsel.
Keep your own company.
Let the big feeling be big without making it a drama.
What’s forming down here will surface in its own time.
Stillness is the work.
Today, the sky goes quiet in the deep
There’s nothing exact in the sky today, and the Moon’s spending its last full day in Scorpio, the sign of the deep water, so the intensity of the past two days settles into something quieter and more private. The Moon squares Jupiter in Leo, which can make the feelings bigger than they need to be, so watch for the urge to turn a private ache into a public performance. Venus is still retrograde here and Mercury’s slowing, so the sky’s asking for reflection ahead of action. Tomorrow the Moon lifts into Sagittarius and the horizon comes back.
This is a day for stillness in the deep, and keeping what’s tender close.
