Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those soft enough to let the tears come
To the ones who cried in the car this morning and couldn’t have told you why. To those whose edges have gone porous, who feel everything in the room and a few things from further off, and are tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix. We send our light to everyone dissolving a little today, and to those who’ve been taught that softness is weakness. It’s the opposite. Water is the strongest thing there is, and it never had to be hard to get where it was going.
May the tide carry what I can’t
I let the tears come, and I let them go.
I feel what’s in the room without carrying it home.
I rest, because rest is how the water clears.
I trust what I sense, even when I can’t explain it.
I let myself be soft, and I call it strength.
Let it dissolve
Everything’s a little blurred today, and it’s meant to be.
Stop trying to focus.
Let the feeling rise and move through, like weather.
Cry if it comes; sleep if it comes; say less than usual.
The hard edges you’ve been holding will still be there tomorrow if you want them back.
Most of them, you won’t.
Today, the sky goes soft
The Moon spends the whole day in Pisces, the sign of the ocean, and after yesterday’s brush with the old wound the mood turns porous, dreamy and tender. There’s nothing exact in the sky, and the Sun’s on its final day in Libra, so it feels like a hinge - the last soft breath before the season turns to Scorpio tomorrow. Feelings are close to the surface and boundaries are thin, so we pick up everyone else’s weather as well as our own. Music, water, an early night and fewer words all help.
This is a day for letting yourself dissolve a little, and trusting the tide to do the sorting.

See you tomorrow morning!
