Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those seeing what the ground has been holding
To the ones who thought a thing was buried and found it this morning in plain sight, lit up, undeniable. To those whose body has been carrying something the mind refused to look at: a knot, a weight, a tiredness with a name. We send our light to everyone seeing what the ground’s been holding today, in their own lives and in the world, and to those tempted to grip harder now that the truth is out. The light is on. Nothing needs forcing.
May the truth be as solid as the ground
I look at what’s been lit up, and I don’t look away.
I listen to my body, because it knew first.
I loosen my grip on what I was trying to control.
I let what’s buried come up, and I let what’s finished go.
I stand on what’s real.
Ground truth
The lights are on today, all the way down.
Whatever was hidden is standing in the open now, in your life and in the world’s.
Feel it in the body.
The shoulders.
The gut.
The jaw.
There’s a pull to seize control of what you’re seeing, and it won’t work.
Let the truth be as solid as the earth, and stand on it.
What’s real will hold your weight.
Today, the Full Moon lights the underworld
The Full Moon rises in Taurus, the sign of the body, the earth and what we can touch, directly opposite the Sun in Scorpio, the sign of what’s buried, so everything that’s been hidden gets lit up and made solid. Hours later the Sun squares Pluto, the planet of power, secrets and transformation, and that’s a confrontation: with control, with compulsion, with whoever’s been holding the levers, in the news and in our own lives. It’s an intense day, and it’s meant to be, because Scorpio season needs one good look at the underworld with the lights on. The body knows what’s true today, so trust it over the argument.
This is a day for seeing what the ground’s been holding, and standing on the truth of it.
