Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those who need the ground beneath their feet
To the ones who are wrung out after yesterday, and want nothing more than a warm meal, a slow walk, and someone who’ll sit with them without needing to talk. To those whose fire is still pushing and whose mind is still circling, and who can feel their body asking them, quietly, to stop. We send our light to everyone coming back down to earth today, and to those who need to be held by something solid before they can think straight.
May the earth hold me while I rest
I let my body set the pace today.
I eat well, I walk slowly, and I touch something real.
I let the pushing stop, because there’s nothing to push against.
I let my thoughts circle without following them round.
I take my rest, and I take it seriously.
Come back to earth
After the big light, the plain ground.
Slow down.
The fire wants to keep going and the mind wants to go back over it.
And the body’s outvoted them both.
Cook something, plant something, hold something warm.
Say the one thing that needs saying, and leave the rest for another day.
Rest is how the truth settles in.
Today, the sky slows to the body’s pace
The Moon spends the whole day in Taurus, the sign of the body and the earth, and after yesterday’s Full Moon and the Sun’s clash with Pluto, it’s a day for coming back down. The Moon squares Mars and then Jupiter in Leo along the way, so there’s a restless push to keep going and to make more of things than they are, and it faces Mercury, freshly retrograde in Scorpio, so the mind keeps circling back over what came to light. The body’s the wise one today. There’s nothing exact in the sky, so let the pace be slow.
This is a day for coming back to earth, and letting the body do the thinking.
