Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those whose hearts are ready to be brave again
To the ones who woke with a spark in the chest after a heavy few days, and aren’t sure yet whether to trust it. To those who’ve been playing small to keep the peace, and can feel something in them standing up straighter. We send our light to everyone finding their courage today, which was only ever the old word for heart, and to those who’ll be tempted to mistake bravado for the real thing. The real thing is warmer, and it has no need of an audience.
May the courage in me rise from the warm place
I let my heart lead today, and I let it be seen.
I stand up straighter without stepping on anyone.
I take pride in what’s mine to be proud of.
I let the fire in my chest warm me before it moves me.
I’m brave enough to be tender.
Courage is warmth in motion
After the weight, the warmth.
Feel it in the chest.
It wants to move, to make, to be seen doing something that matters, so let it.
Just keep it close to the hearth, where it warms the room.
Real courage has a soft centre.
Lead from there.
Today, the sky lights a fire in the heart
The Moon moves through Leo, the sign of the heart, and meets Mars, the planet of action and courage, who only arrived there a week ago. That’s fire in the chest and a real appetite for doing something bold, generous and visible. It also stirs up Saturday’s power struggle, since the Moon passes opposite Pluto and squares Venus and Mercury in Scorpio, so pride can flare and old feelings can sting. Jupiter’s waiting further along in Leo for the Moon to reach it tomorrow, and the invitation all day is to expand into the heart and let the doing come from there.
This is a day for letting courage warm you from the inside, and acting from the heart with both feet on the ground.
