Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those who can’t unsee what they’ve seen
To the ones whose beautiful story has a crack in it now, and who can see something through the crack that was always there. To those who were left out of the story altogether, and have been waiting a long time for the light to fall on them. We send our light to everyone standing between the dream of how things were meant to be and the plain fact of how they are, and to those doing the patient, unglamorous work of telling one from the other.
May the fog lift and my heart stay soft
I look at what’s real, even when the dream was prettier.
I make room for the voice that was left out of the story.
I sort the true from the polished, one small thing at a time.
I can hold my fear without needing a villain to explain it.
I let the truth in, and I let it be felt.
Truth through the fog
The story you’ve been told about how things are has a gap in it today.
So look through the gap.
What you see there might be uncomfortable.
It’s also the most honest thing on offer.
Resist the urge to paint over it.
Resist the urge to burn the whole picture down.
Stay with the small, real detail in front of you.
Clarity comes one honest look at a time.
Today, the dream meets the one who was left out
Neptune, the planet of dreams, fog and sacred causes, squares off with Lilith, the exile, the silenced witness, the one who kept copies. Neptune’s in Aries, where the dream loves a crusade, and Lilith’s in Capricorn, working her way through our institutions, so today the polished version of events gets interrupted by an uncomfortable truth - in the news, and closer to home. Something we’d rather keep hazy gets a hard edge. The Moon’s in Virgo all day, which is the best help we could ask for: discernment, detail and a clear eye for what’s actually there.
This is a day for looking through the fog with a clear eye, and letting the truth in gently.
