Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those resting in the dark before a new beginning
To the ones who feel emptied out today, and quietly glad of it. To those who’ve spent a week arguing with themselves about who was right and who was wronged, and are tired enough now to lay it down. We send our light to everyone sitting in the pause between what’s finished and what hasn’t started yet, where nothing needs deciding and the only work is to breathe out. The seed is in the ground. Give it the dark.
May the quiet between be enough for now
I let this day be an exhale.
I set down the argument about who owed whom.
I make peace with the part of me that’s tired.
I trust the dark to do what the dark does.
I meet tomorrow rested.
The exhale before the seed
Nothing to push today, and nothing to prove.
The sky’s holding its breath, and so can you.
If a heaviness comes, let it sit beside you without becoming the day.
Tidy one small corner.
Forgive one small thing.
Tomorrow begins something new, and it’ll need you empty-handed.
Today, the sky empties itself out
It’s the dark of the Moon, the last day of the lunar cycle before tomorrow’s New Moon in Libra, and the Moon moves into Libra to join the Sun there. The whole day is a release - the Moon passes opposite Chiron and then Neptune in Aries, and reaches Saturn overnight, so old hurts, old dreams and old weights each get a final look before the slate’s wiped clean. There’s a tug between me and us, between standing alone and standing together, and the answer today is to rest in the middle. Nothing’s exact in the sky, which suits a day made for emptying out.
This is a day for laying down the argument, and resting in the quiet before the seed.
