Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those learning to love without gripping
To the ones feeling the fist close around what they cherish - the fear of losing it turning tender feeling into tight holding. Those tasting jealousy, or the urge to control, or the old terror underneath both. Wanting to keep what we love is human. Learning to hold it with open hands is the work. We send our light to everyone loosening their grip today, one brave finger at a time.
May my love stay open even when my fear wants fists
I love without needing to possess.
I let the fear speak, and then I let it soften.
I trust what’s mine to stay without being caged.
I meet my intensity with honesty instead of strategy.
I choose the open hand, again and again.

Something in the heart runs hot today
Desire, or even jealousy.
The ache to control an outcome.
Don’t shame it.
Trace it.
Underneath the grip is usually a fear of loss.
And underneath that, how much you care.
Let the caring lead instead of the fear.
Say the honest thing rather than playing the strategic one.
Love held loosely holds longest.
Today, the sky tests the grip of the heart
Venus, fresh into the deep waters of Scorpio, squares Pluto - love brushing up against power, desire, and the urge to control what we can’t bear to lose. Old relational patterns can surface under this: jealousy, intensity, the compulsive reach. Meanwhile Lilith, newly arrived in Capricorn, trines Chiron, quietly turning raw instinct toward old wounds with healing intent.
This is a day for feeling the intensity fully, and choosing honesty over control.
