Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those putting themselves back together quietly
To those recovering from yesterday’s strain - the ones who fought the wall and today have woken up tender. Those who need the day to be simple: food that comforts, work that’s honest, ground that holds. There’s no shame in wanting steadiness after friction. We send our light to everyone choosing the slow, bodily work of coming back to themselves.
May the ground rise to meet my weary feet
I let simple things restore me.
I return to my body and find it faithful.
I do one honest thing at a time.
I release the argument I was still having in my head.
I let steadiness be my ambition today.
Tend what’s near
The pressure has eased, and what’s left is the tending.
Water something.
Cook something.
Finish something small.
Let your senses lead, like touch, taste, and the simple weight of things.
The big questions will keep.
Today, repair happens through the ordinary.
Let it be enough, because it is.
Today, the sky slows to the speed of the earth
The Moon settles into Taurus, the sign of the body and the ground, while the Sun continues its careful work in Virgo - two earth energies gently running the day. After yesterday’s Mars–Saturn standoff, the sky offers very little drama and a great deal of soil.
This is a day for tending, mending, and letting the ordinary hold you.
