Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to the soft-hearted moving through a sharp-edged world
To the ones who feel everything - the stranger’s sadness, the room’s weather, the ache in the news. Those whose sensitivity has been called too much by people who feel too little. Your permeability is an instrument, and instruments need care. We send our light to everyone letting themselves be tender today, and tending the tenderness well.
May my softness be a strength I stop apologising for
I feel deeply without drowning in what I feel.
I let compassion move me toward, never under.
I rest my instrument when the world plays loud.
I honour the dream that visits me.
I keep my heart open and my feet on the earth.
Tend the instrument
The membrane between you and everything is thin today.
That’s a gift and a responsibility.
Choose your inputs kindly.
Less noise.
More beauty.
Gentler company.
When a feeling arrives, ask whose it is; you may be carrying the room’s.
Water, music, rest: the old medicines work.
Something is swelling toward fullness in you.
Let it rise slowly.
Today, the sky turns the tide up under everything
The Moon moves through Pisces - the ocean of feeling, dream, and compassion - while building toward tomorrow’s Full Moon, and the emotional tide rises accordingly. Sensitivity runs high, intuition higher; the veil between what’s yours and what’s the world’s grows thin. With tomorrow’s fullness arriving alongside Neptune, the dreamlike quality only deepens from here.
This is a day for moving gently, feeling honestly, and keeping one hand on something solid.
