Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those whose courage sits right beside their oldest ache
To the ones ready to act but finding the tender spot first - the flinch before the leap, the old hurt guarding the new door. Those discovering that the thing they most want to do is the thing their wound most fears. That collision is the threshold. We send our light to everyone standing there today, hand on the handle, heart in their throat, going anyway.
May my courage carry my tenderness with it
I act even where the old ache lives.
I let the flinch inform me without commanding me.
I protect what’s soft in me while still moving forward.
I forgive the past its grip, and loosen it.
I take the step with my whole trembling heart.
The flinch at the threshold
If reaching for what you want stirs an old hurt today, you’re doing it right.
The wound guards the door to the very thing that heals it.
Move slower, feel more, but keep moving.
Anger may flare where fear lives underneath - trace it down kindly.
Yesterday’s fullness showed you the truth.
Today asks one brave act on its behalf.
Small and trembling still counts.
Today, the sky presses the sore spot on the way to the fire
In the wake of the Full Moon, Mars - at the very last degree of tender Cancer - squares Chiron, the wounded healer: action brushing the old ache one final time before everything changes gear. Irritability and protectiveness can spike where hurt lives underneath, so it’s worth handling yourself and others gently. Tomorrow Mars bursts into Leo and the engine truly starts; today is the sore, brave threshold before it.
This is a day for acting tenderly on what the Full Moon revealed.
