Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who need somewhere soft to land
To the ones who’ve been strong for so long and are quietly running out of strong. Those homesick for a feeling more than a place. The ones who need permission to close the door, make a nice cup of tea, and let the guard down. Tenderness is a competence too. We send our light to everyone finding their way back to the soft centre of themselves.
May I come home to myself
I let myself be held by simple comforts.
I feel what I feel without hurrying it along.
I make my inner rooms warm again.
I offer myself the kindness I’ve been rationing.
I let care in as easily as I give it out.
Homecoming
The tide turns inward today.
Whatever the week demanded of you, this evening asks for less armour.
Find the place in your chest where the feeling lives, and breathe there.
You don’t need to name it or fix it, just keep it company.
That’s what home is - presence without conditions.
Today, the sky draws the tide back to shore
The Moon comes home to Cancer, the sign it rules - the sign of feeling, belonging, and the inner sanctuary - where Mars is also currently travelling. Emotions run closer to the surface under a Cancer Moon, and with Mars there too, they may arrive with real heat behind them.
This is a day for letting the feelings land somewhere soft, and defending your tenderness like it matters….because it does.
