Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who have forgotten how to inhabit themselves
To those who have been operating from the shoulders up - thinking, analysing, managing, speaking - while the body quietly carries on beneath, doing its work and holding what it has always held. Those for whom movement, productivity, and the noise of the mind have become ways of staying just slightly outside the physical self, because inside it lives something that doesn't quite have words yet. Just a quality of weight. A tightness that comes and goes. An old familiar ache in a place they've stopped naming. We send our light today to those who are ready, just a little, to come back down - not to fall apart, but to feel the ground beneath them and let that be enough.
May the body finally feel safe enough to be home
I return to my body today with gentleness rather than judgment.
I notice what I feel in my flesh before I move to explain it.
I slow down enough to hear what the body has been quietly trying to tell me.
I do not need to understand everything before I begin to tend it.
I am patient with what is tender, and I do not push past what is sore.
This body has been carrying something important - and I am ready to listen.
Come back to your body
The work doesn't only happen in the mind.
It happens in the shoulders that have been held up for years.
In the chest that hasn't fully opened in some time.
In the jaw, the gut, the place behind the sternum where worth is quietly stored.
Today is a day for slowing down enough to feel rather than to process.
The body knows things the mind hasn't caught up to yet.
Today, the wound speaks through the body
The Moon enters Taurus in the small hours before dawn and immediately walks straight into Chiron - barely one day into its retrograde turn and still right at the surface, still luminous with what it’s been asked to carry. This is the wound arriving in the body as a physical sensation. Chiron in Taurus lives in the flesh: in worth, in physical safety, in the felt sense of whether we are secure enough to be here, to take up space, to need things from the world without apology.
This is a day for coming home to the physical self with more tenderness than expectation.
