Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those counting what remains when the wanting settles
To those in that particular quiet that descends when the noise of aspiration temporarily subsides - when hoping, planning, and reaching pause long enough for an honest look at what is actually here. What has held. What has been built from the bones outward. What quietly dissolved, without the ceremony of a decision. This is not a failure state. It is a reckoning - earthy, unflinching, necessary - and those who can stand in it without flinching are doing something genuinely brave. We send our light today to those willing to count honestly, knowing that what is truly here is always the only place the next thing can begin.
May the honest ledger become the foundation
I look clearly at what is actually here - without exaggeration in either direction.
I honour what has been built with genuine effort and real intention.
I release without drama what the evidence shows has not taken root.
I trust that what remains after the honest count is more than enough to work with.
I do not need everything to have worked out in order to begin again well.
What I have built with care is quietly supported today.
The honest count
Not what we meant to build.
Not what we were hoping for.
Not the story we've been telling about where we are.
What is actually here - in hand, in body, in fact.
The honest count is not an indictment.
It's a map.
And a map is always the beginning of movement, not the end of it.
Today, the cycle pauses to count what it has made
The Last Quarter Moon arrives in the small hours in Taurus - the most grounded, material, plainspoken of signs - asking us to count what we have actually gathered from the Leo cycle now moving toward completion. This is not the exuberance of the Full Moon. This is the ledger. Taurus doesn’t do false accounts: it weighs what’s in the hand, in the body, in the earth. And the Sun, still full in Leo, is moving into near-exact trine with Saturn all day - which gives the reckoning its backbone. What has been built with real effort, with genuine intention, with the bones of honest work, has quiet structural support right now. What has been built for appearances, or on hope alone, is visible for exactly what it is.
This is a day for honest counting, and for trusting what remains.
