Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those standing at a threshold they cannot yet name
To the ones who sense a soft completion in the air - a chapter finishing inside the body while the mind has not yet caught up. Those who feel the old shape loosening but cannot quite see what is forming behind it. We send our light to those tender enough to honour the in-between, who do not rush the becoming, who let the ending have its full breath before reaching for what's next.
May the threshold hold me as I cross
I let what is finishing inside me complete itself.
I do not rush the becoming.
I honour the tenderness that arrives at every threshold.
I trust the part of me that feels before it knows.
I make room for what is rising, even before I can name it.
I stay close to the body as the change moves through.
The pause before the leap
There is a quiet that lives just before a shift, and today belongs to that quiet.
Something in us is finishing - not failing, finishing.
Let the body have its last word before the mind takes flight.
This is not a day to push.
It is a day to feel the edge of the room we've outgrown.
The doorway is already there.
We don't have to force it open.
What's coming will meet us when we arrive.
Today, the body completes what the mind is about to begin
The Sun sits at the very last degree of Taurus - the anaretic degree, where one chapter softly finishes before the next begins. Tomorrow it crosses into Gemini, and within days it meets Uranus, the planet of awakening. Meanwhile the Moon and Venus drift through Cancer, asking us to stay tender, stay close to home, stay close to the body. This is the threshold itself - the in-breath before the exhale.
This is a day for honouring what is quietly ending, and trusting the awakening that is already on its way.
